The faithful followers of the heros of Sanctuary have prestijuice allies, known only as Artisans. As the story unfolds in Diablo 3 we will be receive help and assistance from the Blacksmith, Jeweler and Mystic.


The Jeweler, Blacksmith, and Mystic are equipped to provide you with unique benefits and services. Each of these gifted crafters has received their own page complete with story, images of the visual progression of their camps, recipes, and key features.

Also, Blizzard had this to say about Artisans,
Artisans are based on progression at the account level and as such there is no way to reset their levels at this point. That being said, we are considering adding an option or ability to reset artisans for people who truly want to start from scratch.

Lol, spoiler alert.

You kill the blacksmiths wife after she turns into a zombie. Then he decides to dedicate his life to helping you with blacksmithing.

Great, someone was not to busy/lazy to post this(no guessing on which I was >.>). Also some thing about the look of the jeweler...

@Stebo Well yes, if you wanted to kill your wife, wouldn't you be grateful if someone did it for you.
Since this is blizzard I must wonder. When they said beta by September did they really mean November?
