[Update] Updated network bar

SUGGESTION:
When the browser is under a certain size the 'armory network' part of the top bar is moved down below. When its moved it lacks a background, you might want to change it so it has a sort of a tabbed down look. Then it stays in its place but it doesn't look weird.

I just noticed that when I scroll down to a video if the video is at the top of a page it goes over the top of the network bar. I tested for pictures, and this problem does not occur. I also tested in IE (ewww) and the same thing happens with videos there too.

Usually its because you cant place HTML on top of a flash video. Ill see if I can hack it though.

There are some tricks you can do to try and get HTML to overlay on top of a flash video, but doesn't always work, at least not in all browsers.
