Hey folks!
I've just picked up SC2 ('bout time eh?) and stumbled across this community, so I decided to join and contribute to it! I'm still playing the campaign, but I hope to be playing online matches soon! A bit about myself: I'm a 20 year old student (was in computer engineering, transferring to architectural technology) who resides in Toronto, Canada. I used to be a WoW addict (as I'm sure some of you were) several years ago, but my taste in games has become more refined in the past few years- I enjoy playing indie games whenever i get the chance (go check out Braid if you haven't seen it before!). I look forward to playing with all of you soon! (When i get better of course  )

Welcome to the armory, I to was a wow addict, 6 years playing it since closed beta (stopped just at cataclysm, was really into gladiator level arena and end game raiding). Then i realized sc2 was way better at being casual while still allowing you to compete (+ it takes infinity times more skill to be a top player in sc2).
If you're ever looking for a practice partner check out this thread here. Feel free to ask any questions you like, and join us in the "Starcraft 2 Armory" chat channel in game, usually there are a fair number of people and you can get most questions answered, or find a buddy. |

Welcome! If you are ever on at like 5 or 6 am you should watch the GSL. Otherwise check out TeamLiquid for a list of streams of competitive matches. Thats the real exciting SC2

Hey there!
I used to play WoW as well, though just for around 4-5 years. I was into raiding more than I was pvp. I like playing a wide variety of video games, getting back into side-scrollers, rpgs and playing a little bit of other strategy games like Sword of the Stars (a 4X game to be more specific). I also tend to do more SC2 editor than I do competitive play, though taking a break from it. Welcome aboard! |

Ello there. If you ever play me I will A. if your Zerg rage and try to kill you, B. if your Protoss go mech and probably lose, or C. if your Terran spam marines and tanks and hope for the best. Now my final question is, do you play team fortress 2? If you said A. No, then I will freaking backstab you. If you said B. Yes, then I will freaking backstab you ... several times. Have a nice day =D.
Btw anyone else here not made a enlist yet besides me? |

@Killswitch: Just enlist already, plenty of people wait a while to enlist. I didn't do it until I had like 500 posts and several topics. It just a way for people to know you better, even if you are already well reconized. |

I played some ranking 2v2 matches (I haven't even finished the campaign yet..) with a friend of mine last night, and we got ranked plat @killswitch: Yes, I do play TF2! You've prob backstabbed me already.. And i will join the chat channel when i log on today! |
