hang on, hang on, I swear ill get the story up! just 5 more minutes!

We were just two candles trying to hold of the darkness, but together we found a fair bit of love. I loved her jumpy spirit, her inherent happiness, her overall self. We took over managing the bar, her accountant, I the barkeep. Turns out all those simple recipes in songs worked and were popular.

We married about a year later, and after that birthed a beautiful baby Mathilda. We lived happily for 5 years, sticking to each other and trusting one another. We submitted little matti to the tests required of children, and about a month later received a leter claiming she was psionic. She would be sent to the ghost academy if we agreed to it. We loved matti to much, and planned to run rather than allow her to become a weapon. We spend a week planning our escape, then next thing I know I wake up in reaper training. No idea why I’m here, not a memory of that week except for the generals, and no hope of remembering either.

“So here I am kid. No idea why I’m in the dominion, and I plan to get the hell out soon. I’m a month and a half from getting out of here, farthest a man has been. But I just know they plan on killing me before I get free and tell the world what happened. So I need help getting out of here. The other reapers and their outfitters have agreed to jump ship, or take it over if that’s unavailable. You with us boy?”

“well hell Kruise, you need to reach your little girl. I’ve got little sisters, I know what its like wanting to take care of your own. Yeah, I’m in.”

phew. okay, I was taking way to long to post this. I think today was the runout. so now we know why this is named rebellion, and we'll see if it succeed or fail. I would really like to hear others opinions, about the characters, the story, the ship, the battles, anything that catches your mind.

Interesting plot. You have a new reader, keep it up.

Kruise broke into a smile. "great to hear. Would have hated to kill you. I want you to head out and meet with other military divisions on the ship. the marauders leader is named duke. siege tank boss is named wellesley. also need you to meet up with the medivac leader Dorothea, and the viking leader is Leif."

"each of these people have agreed to rebellion. We'll be stopping off at the ghost academy where my daughter was going to be sent to. I think this would be the best time to rebel. deliver these strips of paper then come back alright?"

John nodded uncertainly, then asked "before I go, could I hear A song? been wondering what the 2000's and 1900's sounded like from what you played."

Kruise gave a laugh. "Kid, you're one of the few who want to hear it. most of the other reapers find the music to be too preachy. Guess if they have lyrics, they don't fit their likes eh? Sure, you can hear one song."

Kruise played the song bad to the bone, then gave a grin at the look of interest that came over Johns eyes. He let him enjoy the song, sitting their like a little kid. Kruise knew that once this planning was over, they'd be running so much they wouldn't have time to count survivors, let alone enjoy music. So he sat back, enjoying the music as the lead singer screeched out "baaaad to the bone!"
