Diablo 3 Armory - Unofficial Diablo 3 Fansite

I posted an entry a while back for new staff positions, but I was jumping the gun a little bit. With the wiki basically done, it is now time to start filling the wiki with content, and to do that I will need some new staff! Read below for available positions.

Upcoming features:

Wiki
A new wiki will be launching shortly that will contain a ton of information about the game. This is different than the game guide as the guide only displays stats and information for the units/buildings. The wiki will contain information for heroes, races, factions, planets, cities, vehicles, missions, you name it!

Available positions:

Content Editors (5 available)
Duties:
- Add/edit/update information for the Wiki (will have access to a wiki admin system)

Coming Soon Duties:
- Read and approve tutorials, articles and news posts (also known as content)
- Format the content to be legible, understandable and follow a style guideline
- Have moderator powers within the "Content Hub" section

Requirements:
- A good sense of grammar, punctuation and the English language
- Previous experience in writing, editing, proof-reading (examples a must)
- Positive and helpful responses when posting

Media Artist (1 - 2 available)
Duties:
- Create banners, logos and images for news posts and events
- Help create images for the wiki and game guide

Requirements:
- Experience with photoshop (or something similar)
- Past digital graphic experience mandatory
- Must know the difference between PNG, JPG and GIF (and when each should be used)

If you want to apply for one of these positions, please send me a private message with the position you are applying for, any credentials and examples you may have, and why you think you would be a good fit on our staff. Please name the subject of the message like so:

I think Gemini would be a good Media Artist too, but there are several people who are very good as well. I think there should be some sort of example banner from the Artist Applicants. That would be cool, but It is based on who applies, and who Gears picks.

I would enjoy being an admin but I don't think my 8th grade education is good enough XD

Having the position as admin for the wiki on these spectacular forums would bring great joy to my heart. Alas, my frugal eighth grade education does not seem to qualify me for the job.

I have a question...

Would the Wiki also include a strategy section? Because that's where I would really like to be involved. I'm not much of a lore person.

@Media Artist suggestion: I have another job for graphic arts taking up my time and I can't really fit in any other projects regarding that so I'd have to pass on that.

I quite like the idea of Content Editor. Correcting people who butcher the English Language on a daily basis...yes please!

I want to be a content editor!!! I'm a bit of a grammar 'Nazi... i just don't try most of the time because of the number of people who speak english as a second language here.

I'm already a staff member, but if nobody else steps up then I can take care of the media, I'm pretty handy with Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash

I guess Its just gonna be whenever Gears gets to it. Plus, the wiki is still just "coming soon", so we will only be needed "soon". Whenever that is....

The wiki is "done" it just has no articles really in it yet. Once you become staff you will have access to it.

Secondly, I hope to pick the new staff in a week, to allow some applications to come in.

I'd like to be a content editor, but my noobishness interferes with my life >_<
